Robert and Bethanie felt called to adopt way back, even as teenagers when they were just dating. Bethanie always thought it was "so cool" how God put kids that didn't have parents together with parents that wanted to have kids, or more kids. Also, her grandparents adopted her uncle and Robert has 2 older sisters that adopted 4 kids each through foster care.
After complications with their twins' pregnancy, Robert and Bethanie couldn't have any more children. It was then they seriously started talking about adopting. In 2007, they started the process, but felt God closed all the doors. After years of praying for God's timing, they started looking into it again in 2010. Last year, in May, they truly felt God's "go", and now are in the process of adopting a little boy from Ghana, Africa.
They are in need of about $3000 to be able to send in their paperwork. PLEASE HELP THEM REACH THEIR GOAL!!!!
